Strength. Confidence. Discipline. For Life.

Taekwondo is about much more than kicks and techniques. Through self-defence, traditional martial arts and structured training, students develop focus, coordination, respect and self-control — skills that build confidence both inside and outside the training hall.

A Clear Path to Progress.

Every student begins at the level that best suits their age, experience and ability. Our instructors guide students step by step, ensuring they build strong foundations, master essential techniques and progress with confidence and discipline.

  1. Babies The youngest group. Names of techniques, listening and responding when called.
  2. Beginner Stances, blocks and the first kicks, built slowly and correctly.
  3. Intermediate Patterns, combinations and controlled partner work.
  4. Advanced Higher grade patterns, precision and sustained conditioning.
  5. Adult A dedicated evening class for adults training at their own level.

Belt gradings depend on the individual. A dedicated student can reach black belt in around two to three years, and for others it takes longer.

Skills for Training. Confidence for Life.

Taekwondo develops much more than physical ability. Through structured training, students build valuable skills that can support them in the studio, at school and in everyday life.

  • FocusDirecting mental, physical and emotional energy at a single target, which carries across into schoolwork.
  • Balance and body controlKicks and patterns demand a high degree of control, and that control shows up in every other sport they play.
  • ConfidenceStudents train real self defence, and children who do tend to feel more able to stand up for themselves.
  • StrengthAccurate kicking and punching develops muscle right through the body, not just the legs.
Taekwondo students lined up in formation with their instructor

From warm-ups and fundamental techniques to patterns, partner exercises, self-defence and grading preparation, every class combines discipline with energetic, engaging training. Students learn together, challenge themselves and celebrate each new achievement along the way.
