Adults train in the same ITF Taekwon-Do syllabus as the rest of the school, at the adult level taught by Sabum Abdurahiman, Chief Instructor of UAE ITF Taekwon-Do.
Sessions run for an hour, three times a week, and cover patterns, sparring and conditioning. Adults grade through the same belt ladder as every other level.
